Hard, Fast, Far...

I know it's been quiet on here for me.  I've really not had a chance to ride much -- between the change in weather, and the time I've had to devote to prepping for today's IRS audit.  It's the latter that has really cramped my riding time.  It's unbelievable the amount of detail and work one needs to do to pull together information they want -- like three years of bank statements, brokerage statements, and IRA statements.  Last weekend alone I spent 3 hours and $140 in copying stuff at Kinkos.

Well today was the big day -- and lets just say it didn't go well.  It appears they are disallowing a number of my business expenses, and I have more information to bring back, and they are now considering now a multi-year audit.  I'll know more next week, but my potential liability is now in the five figure range. I'm about as stressed out as one can possibly be.

All I want to do now is get on the bike and ride as fast and as far and as long as I can.
